Loved loved the music and Emilee’s energy! Would have appreciated a little more guidance on form and some of the moves were harder to follow than other zengo classes, but still loved the class!

    FlyBarre: Arms & Abs

My first time to this class. Pretty challenging for a beginner but you can always break for a few seconds when needed. I really liked the oblique work and plank work. Christie was very motivating. A few inches more in between mats would be nicer.

Great class working EVERY muscle! Not a sweaty burn, but a deep one that incorporated lots of different barre class aspects to keep things interesting. Amanda was a fantastic instructor, and I loved her playlist too. Studio has everything you need. I’d 100% come back to this class.

    Fuse Pilates Mat

Kind and positive instructor who provided me lots of small adjustments since my core gets lazy and I'm all misaligned :) a doable pilates class; made me feel like I was working, but that it wasn't really challenging, but also that I had things I could improve upon. Good for beginner-intermediates.

    HOT Power

Weird flow; there was no halfway lifting after forward fold for example, and switching between warrior two down to forward fold felt weird. Probably a really great workout if you do it a lot, but I do a lot of hot yoga around the city and wasn’t sore or rejuvenated or anything after. Also it was SO DARK in there. I couldn’t balance at all; in high crescent or let alone tree pose. But the staff was SO nice, and the facilities (shower, mat for no charge, shampoo etc) were AWESOME. You don’t need to bring anything in the way of shower or towels etc.

I loved this class. The flow was so thoughtful. The instructor gave clear and easy to follow instructions. I also appreciated that I could hear Susie. Sometimes its hard in other studios - the music is too loud or the instructor too quiet. Susie was great. So nice and gave great hands on assists. Ill look for more of her classes for sure.

Wow, this is one of the best flow classes I’ve ever taken. The studio is beautiful and photos don’t do it justice. Incense is burning and the instructor played the harmonium gently then had an 80’s playlist during flow. I’ll definitely be back!

    Power Vinyasa Flow

Enjoyed the class but note that despite what the class description says, this is not for beginners! It’s fast paced and the instructor cued poses without always describing how to get into them. Great work out and she was helpful with adjustments both verbally and hands on assists.

    DanceTrance Breakdown & High Cardio

This was a fun class! As someone with a background in dance it was nice to get back into learning choreography. I could keep up for the most part, though I think it'd be fun to continue going to these classes to learn choreography from all of the songs. So I'm not sure if this is the best choice for a one-time or occasional class. You definitely benefit by being one of the regulars

I hadn’t done a barbell class in awhile, but luckily the class was very small and I was able to work one on one with the instructor to ensure my form was correct. Most people were regulars and were lifting heavy, but if you’re not easily intimidated it can be a fun class.
