    Mike was great - motivating, knowledgeable and made it a point to learn my name. His class kicked my butt! Awesome core, arm, and glute workout. And I loved that even though I was a total newbie to his class, and somewhat of a beginner to pilates (and working out in general), he made me feel welcome in his class!

    Stephan is an excellent motivator and his classes are fun! His instructions are very clear, and he models the moves. So even though I was new, I felt I could do the exercises. The class was challenging- a full body workout. We worked every major muscle group. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to tone up.

    Class ran long but it's 100 percent worth it! Jenna is amazing, her classes have a unique grace and flow and still remain very challenging. You can tell she's a true professional with years of experience. I could do another hour!

    Great barre class! Ive done barre before but this was my first time at Bar Method. They were super welcoming to new comers and Sara was a great teacher! I appreciated her encouragement and personal attention to technique. The class flew by and my muscles were burning after. Ill definitely be back!
