    Hannah is so enthusiastic and always checks in with you to see how things are going and if the exercises are going alright. I like the movement metabolic class because you do more body weight exercises and get your heart racing with box jumps, battle ropes, and slam balls.

    MAIN ST MEGA 40 MIN***

    First time with Katrina and loved her.. and her routine! It was well balanced targeting the core arms and glutes equally. She frequently makes hand on corrections on form. Her demos and instructions are good although she could up her energy a bit, and make her voice louder? Other than that, one of my favorite classes thus far!

    This Bikram hot yoga class is the original of all the hot yoga classes I've taken. There is no music, instead all the focus is concentrated on form. It delivers on being a super hot and challenging class. John was very attentive, and very mindful of all the students throughout class.
