I appreciate that she always says what the lead leg is at the very start of every song, it’s annoying when instructors don’t do that.     From the second I walked in everyone was so nice. Every single person introduced themselves by name (small but satisfying gesture). The instructor walked me around the whole studio to show me where everything was. There are three showers and everything you would need to get ready in addition to two separate bathrooms. They have cups in case you forget your water bottle. Added bonus: there was a dog there (LOVE!). The class itself was a series of drills cycling through 3-4 moves over and over facing the mirror ending off with a short period of partner work with the medicine ball. The only thing that would have been nice is if the mats were staggered so we could all see ourselves in the mirror. Otherwise everything about this place was warm and inviting. The class was hard but not impossible. It was a great way to start the morning.

    If I could I would give this place more stars. Every instructor is so different and yet SO GOOD. If there are new people in the class there is always some time at the start spent showing technique and every single time I learn something new and helpful. All the instructors are really aware of having good form and letting you know how to improve each visit. Nathan is so friendly and hilarious to watch dance around the class. I couldnt possibly have better things to say about this studio.

    Loved it! The photo here is not representative of the actual studio because the studio is sleek AF. This is not just a hot yoga class, it is a sensory experience. The candlelight, the music and the heat in the darkness is amazing. No need for mirrors because you just need to feel your body moving. Ariel is a hands-on teacher and makes adjustments for you throughout the class. The peppermint neck massage afterwards was a nice touch.

    Im pretty sure the go to meet up place is in front of the towel shelf for downstairs classes. Really small size but great class. Liana gets straight into the work out immediately. Make sure you stretch beforehand if you have a couple of minutes. The work out was set up as intervals of two exercises each for about 10-15 reps alternating three times and then you would switch to a new pair of exercises. Liana was really good about making sure you had good form while pushing you hard. She chooses your weight for you but she is good about listening to when you say its too hard, although wont let you cheat yourself out of a good workout. Great class overall.

All the instructors are sooo nice and so encouraging, and the whole feel of each class is so empowering and supportive. Seriously, everyone is so welcoming. It’s been life-changing for me personally dancing here - it’s boosted my confidence and given me a fun, safe space to dance and let off some steam after a busy day. This particular class was a lot of fun! Amanda’s routines always make me feel fierce. Great for all genders and you can dance in sneakers, heels, or whatever you’re comfortable in.
