see all reviewsThis class is super intense. Would not recommend for beginners if you're not used to doing high intensity cardio exercises back to back with minimal breaks. I was able to modify as needed and take breaks. Gabby was very encouraging and supportive. She took time to check in, cheer me on, and correct my form throughout the session. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. We did warmup stretches and cooldown stretches which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably go back again to check out more cardio + their other offerings.
