    This was such a fun class! Instructor Hannah was very kind and was happy to help me whenever I was stuck on how to do a certain exercise. I felt so included and comfortable in this class; definitely one of my favorite classes I’ve been to! Can’t wait to try their other types of classes.

    This was the best yoga class I have ever taken, with the best instructor! Yiran was a kind and welcoming structure. For every new face she saw in class, she checked in with them on giving the overview of the class, and your current condition. the studio itself is clean and nice.

    I've gone twice now and so far, though I expected a small class, it's just been me. It's been great! Honestly, it's a great workout with personalized, positive coaching. I work up a good sweat and am sore the next day. Mission accomplished!! I feel seen and heard. I'll keep coming back.
