    Alex is a great instructor. She’s clear about the instructions, her music is on point and she’s encouraging. The Training Room as a whole should do more to encourage clients to be courteous about cleaning up their sweat, especially in classes where there are stations. There is consistently one or two men in strong and lean classes who sweat buckets and never think to wipe the floor so the next person doesn’t have to take a bath in their DNA. Most people are adult and courteous enough to clean up after themselves, but since there are consistently people who have no self awareness, the gym should step up and post reminders or give blanket instructions in every class on how to clean your station before you move to the next.

    Introductory Class

    Lemme was great. He really helped me with my form and encouraged me throughout the workout. It was my first time at a cross fit gym but not my first time working out, so I really appreciate the correction in my form/technique because I had no idea I’d been doing squats wrong forever lol. The people at the gym were super nice as well. I could tell by the way they pushed each other that this gym is like a small family and everyone wants to see everyone succeed and hit their goals.
