    Great class! It started with a warmup up the moves we would see during the workout. Breaking it down from toe to head. Then a 20 minute instruction and work through of a proper hang power snatch . Hang power snatch is a move I have never done and appreciated how hands on Chanelle was. Then we got to a 20 minute ladder workout with the goal of finishing as fast as you can. Very encouraging coach and environment. The equipment they had was top notch. Highly recommend trying this place out. I will do a week pass when I am in town visiting family.
