    I really like this class, 2nd time I’ve been. Mark is engaging, provides good instructions, it’s a challenging class with options for all levels, all the way to very advanced. The best part is that it’s got a community vibe with many regulars. The last 10 min also includes partner work which adds to this. Always leave feeling like I’ve had a fabulous practice, challenged myself and been a bit social!

    Jess was a great instructor. I liked how she asked before making adjustments and focused on foundations of the movement. This class is good for beginners like me. The studio is on a busy road and sometimes it was tough to block out the street noise.

    Lovely gym, was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I was shown around the gym and felt confident that I would be able to complete a good workout, knowing where my desired equipment was. Would absolutely come back!
