Her genuine passion for Pilates was evident throughout the entire class, and her encouragement kept me motivated every step of the way. Speaking of the class, it was nothing short of amazing! Lissa's expertise and attention to detail ensured that each movement was executed with precision, yet she maintained an approachable demeanor that made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their skill level. I left feeling mildly sore but incredibly invigorated, knowing that I had just experienced something truly transformative. This class was gospel focused and I love that as well! I’ll definitely be back for my classes at L1. The energy there is real good.
