    Ida was great and so was the workout. Only complaint was the room we were in for so hot, we dogged up all the mirrors and couldnt see ourselves in them. I was dying for the fans to come on, which they never did. Otherwise, love this class.

    One of the best workouts of my life! Really friendly and welcoming studio. Full body workout but you can go at your own pace for completing the exercises. There are “rounds” of 3-4 moves that you repeat in a cycle, some with weights, some on the bike/row/“ski”, and some with body weight.
