I would think ClassPass would have some sort of minimum standard and would conduct some due diligence on these providers. Despite the massage therapist being very nice, she was late, there was no parking, she did not have a private area for the massage (instead we were in her family room and her dog and kids were coming and going). Also, while she seemed to have a lot of tools and gadgets to give massages, the actual massage time was reduced to a few minutes because she was going through all of her tools and gadgets and applying them to me. Not a very good massage. I don’t want you to remove her payment for my service. What I want is to see good providers when I look for them in your platform. I want to trust that whatever I find on ClassPass is legit, professional and has a minimum quality standard.
