My first class was with Pat and it was no joke. I questioned my strength when I had to lift the heavy tire and Pat assure me that I could do it. That gave me so much motivation. The same goes with Paul. He was always asking me if I was ok and if I needed assistance. He pushed me and guided me when I needed.
