    BarreFormer Pilates

    First timer. It was hard, but doable with modifications. It definitely helped that I had done reformer Pilates before. Lots of core work! Everyone was very nice. Studio was clean and bright. I’ll be back!

    I love Lo! She’s always looking out for me. I’m pregnant and I love the modifications yet challenges she presents to me in her class. I try to come to these classes 2x a week along with my other exercise routines and I’ve been able to only gain 8lbs so far throughout my entire pregnancy. I really credit these classes to being that little extra that help me stay healthy and fit during pregnancy. Love the ability to walk or run and the ability to adjust my core work yet still be effective with my burn!

    CrossTREAD II (Shorter Runs)

    First time taking the new crosstread II format. That felt tougher than the regular crosstread format because your heart rate is constantly kept high from the three running portions... but I loved it! It pushed me to go faster on my sprints and I definitely felt the calorie burn!
