    Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. So if are not confident on your forms, this is not the place to start.

    Great class! A little hard to hear instructions at times though. Recommend giving a bit more of a "preview" on the Tread segment so athletes know how long they are going to be doing something in order to push to max effort (for example, "we are going to be running on an incline for 3 min total, increasing incline every 30 seconds"). Overall tough workout though!
