This class was challenging... like teaching your Mom how to use instagram challenging. Except that the class was physically challenging and that Mom thing I mentioned challenges your patience more. Teaching your Mom to use instagram should NOT be physically challenging.

    ZYNdurance

Lots of technical difficulties but it was not the instructors fault! First time taking Tedrick and he KICKED MY BUTT! Variety of tempos, tons of resistance, and lots of movements! Will definitely take his ZYNdurance class again and again in the future!! His class was completely full so everyone was vibing off each others’ energy! I seriously got one of the best workouts from cycling from his class! I also worked 12 hours right before this class so I felt as if I was struggling but a good kind of struggle!

Mark is so motivating and fun! He provided super clear instruction, which was appreciated. I absolutely loved the cycle + sculpt (so unique to this studio). I was worried about having to clean up for the rest of the work day, but it wasn’t as hard as I thought. Yay!

    CYCLE + ABS

I feel like I’m getting the benefit of a HIIT class, but the separation keeps me from getting too winded to complete. Can’t wait to make this part of my weekly routine.

Ariel’s class was so much fun. Loved seeing her big smile the whole class. Really enjoy this studio, everyone is so nice, and the smart bikes push me to work harder. Jordan at the front desk is also a rock star! Keep up the great work!

    Cycling Class

Great workout and sleek facility. It's kind of strange that they don't have a water fountain...but whatever. Also I'm not a fan of spin studios that are all one level....tiered levels make it easier to see the instructor.

    Zumba

Ernesto is fun and it’s definitely a high energy class. I’d honestly be shocked if he wasn’t a professional dancer. He has created advanced (for zumba at least) choreography to very fast songs. It’s great for people who come often enough to know the routines (honestly looks like most of the people who attend are regulars and may do musical theater.. random but that was the vibe I got) but it’s not exactly welcoming for new people. I have done quite a bit of Zumba and dance fitness but this was the hardest class to follow the steps and didn’t get as much of a workout bc I was trying too hard to follow . Felt like I was in a dance rehearsal that I wasn’t apart of. Everyone else clearly had a blast tho
