    Sweat Flow L1

First time in the new upstairs space - it is clean and spacious, and will be so nice once the leaves are out on the trees! Stephanies class was challenging and well paced. There are lots of options offered, but would recommend some familiarity with yoga as the instructor moves around the class rather than demonstrating at the front (which is great; lots of adjustments and attention to form) - it just means it is easier to follow if you know the names of the poses. This studio is my favourite in the east end - always a great experience from start to finish.

    Vinyasa Level 2

I have to give this class a 5-star review...BUT other reviews are correct in saying it's very advanced. (More so than other 1-2 level classes in other studios) So I found myself not knowing what to do at times. I will take a level 1 at this studio next time.

I loved this class. McKenzie was such a great and inspiring teacher and she gave me lots of hands on assistance. I think she was just a sub but I hope she’ll stick around Good Space because I’d take her class again.

    Modo

Brendan is one of the BEST yoga instructors who truly understands the anatomy of the human body. It makes classes easy to follow for beginners, yet still challenging for the experienced. This isnt my main studio but I try to make it to Brendans class if my schedule allows. Highly recommended!

My first yoga class ever & I cannot wait for my next one! Didn’t know what to expect but it was actually amazing. The heated room really pushed me even harder to combat both the room & the poses! I am so grateful. Great peaceful place. I loved it.

    Slow Flow Vinyasa

It was one of the best yoga classes in my almost ten years of practicing yoga. Heather is a great teacher who structured the sequence so beautifully that I left the studio feeling truly wonderful. I will definitely be back here on my next visit to Toronto.

    YOGA JAM: Acoustic Feels

First time at Suru - inviting space and blissful class! Krystal is a grounded and thoughtful teacher, encouraging the class to take liberties with movement to suit their body’s needs in the moment. Acoustic guitar was wonderful! Can’t wait to try other classes.
