Immersive Beat Ride
see all reviewsIt was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

Challenging class but excellent cues and motivation to propel intermediate practice. I always love Cora’s classes. Her instruction is so clear.

see all reviewsTori’s classes are always extraordinary. Creative and well crafted. She’s the real deal. 🙏 A consideration is the high volume of the music. At times it was hard to hear instructions and took way from what was otherwise an excellent experience. Loud music accompaning fitness classes seems to be everywhere. It’s getting to club like levels. Let’s be kind to everyone’s hearing. Your ears will thank you. 👂

It was just the right temperature although the flow was faster than anticipated, it could just be me being a complete beginner. Over all, the instructor was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and all in all super nice. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.
