The staff were very friendly and also the community! It was like you are entering a family party ! The workout was AMAZING 🤩 I’m super sore which is rare since I’m working out heavy every day and I love it ! Obsessed def will try other days !

Keri is wonderful and took the time to show me the machine and all the variations (get there 15 min early your first time). I was a little intimidated because I didn’t realize how much you could do on a step machine, but everyone was welcoming and Keri is SOO motivating, I found myself pushing harder because of the things she’d say. This class makes you work, but you’ll feel amazing after! Can’t wait to go back, they have a great 2 week trial going on right now so you can try all the different classes (not all are offered on classpass). Definitely worth trying, you won’t regret the workout!
