    Glutes/Hamstrings

First time taking the glutes/hamstrings class with Jimmy and it was great! The workout was super challenging but not in a way that was intimidating. The exercises targeted every muscle in the posterior chain. I especially liked how he gave me minor tweaks in my form which really made all the difference in the effectiveness of the exercise. Jimmy definitely knows his stuff.

    Barre

Instructor was very upbeat! I will definitely be returning ... that burn is real! Ps thank you to the instructor for correcting form at times. It is important to me to have proper form and since I don’t do barre often (at least currently), it helps to have an instructor who will walk over and direct minor shifts to make for a solid workout!

Jeannine is great! She always incorporates new movements that are effective but not complicated. I usually wake up sore the next day. My only suggestion is to turn the music down just a tad during the tabata at the end. Some times I think it’s just a little too loud.

    Pedal & Fullbody Glide

Katelyn is one of the best instructors when it comes to spin/indoor cycle. Her classes are consistently challenging and different. Her drills make sense so you never feel like your just spinning your wheels. I can always count on a good sweat whenever I take one of Katelyns classes.

    Vasper HIIT

Interesting place, not a normal gym at all. I personally didn’t really like the Vasper machine but the weightlifting machines were awesome! Once a week workout to use your max weight.

    Feldenkrais for Athletes and Dancers

Overall, I was glad I went but probably will not go back. You don’t need a mat. Arrival and departure were slightly awkward (it was unclear to me that the class was done). The instructor seemed knowledgeable but less than fully engaged. There were no physical adjustments. I think the work is useful and interesting, however, it is subtle and slow paced so would not be enjoyed by someone looking for a workout.

One of the best boxing classes I've taken. It was a lot of technique work and the instructor was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable.
