    The class started late which was initially a negative but the instructor’s energy, the pace and intervals, and the overall feel of the class completely made up for it. Highly recommend, especially for beginners.

    Awesome class!! Vic made this class a great mix of fun and challenging, and I felt encouraged the whole way. She was also an excellent instructor, very clear when explaining what to do. Will definitely be back!
