She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

see all reviewsAbsolutely loved this class. I was visiting San Diego and wanted to get some water time and thought this would be fun - it didn’t disappoint. I’ve only paddle boarded once before but she made it so easy. I was even able to do a headstand on the paddle board and I’ve never even done one on land before (the instruction was that good). Not the most strenuous class but really delightful and great vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

see all reviewsSuch a great class. There was so much intention behind each movement and it was a perfect balance of poses that really stretched you out with ones that got your muscles working. We had a dance break in the middle of class which sparked SO much joy, and then she ended class by singing to us with the most amazing voice I’ve ever heard! I will be booking another one of her classes asap :)
