    Full Body (60 minutes)

I really liked this instructor for 3 reason. 1) he actually explained how to do the floor exercises so that people wouldnt hurt themselves, 2) he had the fans on a lot during the class (this actually makes us work harder bc we dont feel like we are going to pass out! Please keep the fans on!), 3) he was motivating but not cheesy. Thank you!

This brand-new studio is a welcome addition to the neighborhood! I appreciated Jennies attention to form, even with a larger class at various levels of experience with Lagree. I thought the music could have flowed better, but overall, I enjoyed the class and hope to be back.

    MNT Signature Reformer

Such a hard class that gave me the shakes! There was a good variety of exercises for every body part (started with abs, hard lunges, arms, and obliques). The foot bar was moved to the back of the reformer and it was great doing new exercises this way. Ellen is very calm and encouraging!

Amy was fantastic. I've taken aerial yoga classes before with different instructors, and she gave the best and easiest following instructions of all by far. Super positive and friendly, and she helped everyone do things safely even in a 10 person class. She also took photos for some people after which I thought was super thoughtful!

This is a new studio thats working out its kinks. Even in a couple days in between my classes there had been improvements! I wouldnt say it was the best flow class Ive ever taken, it was more like power yoga flow, but I liked the positive teacher. Also, the owner asked for feedback which was cool! For that I give 5 stars. Ill be back!

Remarkably good class: CoreAlign is such a good method for improving balance, spatial awareness, and strength. I wish I could give them more stars! I was completely new and Mateo and all of the students made me feel so welcome and patiently taught me some fundamentals and some cool moves. Practical and effective especially for someone who is petite as it uses physics to help you leverage your opponent’s weaknesses. Thanks!

I never leave bad reviews, but I felt the need to inform others so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I booked my first class at Levy Dance studio and took an Uber there. Upon arrival, the instructor tells me "oh today we are not having normal classes. Instead, we have a guest teacher that started the class 30 mins ago. If you want to join it, that would be $60 cash please."... I was so taken aback and said "but you didn't mention any of that on classpass and I already booked this class." .. And she said "oh I don't know how any of this classpass stuff works, my student manages that for me. Soo yea, we wont have normal classes for the next 3 weeks. If you want to take this one, you have to pay $60." And that's it, I had to pay for ANOTHER Uber again to go back home. I was so upset because I completely wasted my Sunday night for nothing.
