Strong demos, helpful cues around form and anatomy, watched the clock and provided encouragement and personal attention to form. This was a smaller virtual class (NYE evening) and sometimes it’s tough to maintain the energy — Melissa had great enthusiasm and displayed the perfect blend of demonstrating the exercise, providing visuals and motivating us through the workout. I’ll be back!

see all reviewsCrazy fun, and a killer cardio workout. I was pretty spent at the halfway mark, but just kept following Doug's #1 rule of having fun. Though the class goes at high intensity for the full hour, you can always take it down a notch or just walk in place for awhile. It's pretty impossible not to immediately love Doug--he's incredibly welcoming, endlessly energetic, and full of hugs to share. Bring a towel and lots of water!

see all reviewsClass was great!!! Nick and Missy (the instructor of the class before mine) were both super nice and welcoming. Nick was taking Missy’s class which I always think is a great sign - sort of a fitness-industry “dogfooding”. The class was challenging, but still fun. There was a lot of variety of the moves but I never felt lost thanks to Nick’s clarity of instruction. I will definitely be back!

Workout is easily adaptable to any fitness level. Supportive community and small enough that get plenty of 1:1 support. And I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow!

My session was focused on strength training and my heart rate was up the entire time. I was told that every session is different, which is nice for a beginner like me to learn how to properly use various types of workout equipment. Andy was amazing to work with and took the time to correct my form and explain what he had me doing. These workouts are very personalized as they are limited to 4 people per session. It was motivating for me to be working out with others while still getting the individual attention I needed.
