For someone who biked their whole childhood, this felt like I was learning at 5 years old again! I’m sure with consistency this would become a good and manageable challenge!

As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
