I found a lot of the songs backwards where we were doing a slow push when there’s a fast double beat that I felt like we should’ve been sprinting to. I would’ve loved more of a lean in to what felt natural for the beat but maybe that was just me :)

Ovi did a great job of making sure I had all the right info needed for a newbie. The gym community seems nice and welcoming too. Awesome location too. Excited to try more classes!

see all reviewsWas the only person in class so essentially ended up with personal training, which was great. Workout itself was six exercises in rotation for 35 minutes. It was a great total body workout. 5/5 for the workout and Laura, the trainer. 3/5 on the space. It’s not a new, modern space and is definitely a bit more gritty- kinda cross fit-y. No showers and only one bathroom. At the end of the day I care more about the workout and quality of equipment than the space itself. Overall, 4/5
