    Great class/studio/instructor. Really enjoyed and appreciated the format being weight/strength based in the beginning with a set/rep/time format, then a non-stop times cardio type workout. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and the instructor was really attentive and helpful - highly recommend checking it out!

    Total Body Strength and Cardio

    A pretty good strength training workout that left me feeling like I’d really worked my upper body. When I got there I wasn’t instructed on how the flow of the class would go and I was quite confused in the beginning.
