Im a huge fan of Amanda. I wish I could take her classes more often but I always feel so alive and inspired with her instruction. My only concern would be that it can be a bit sad as a student when you know the instructor gives adjustments to select people at the end of class/ in savasana. This is not just an issue in this class but across the board.

Loved this class! Ashley was an awesome leader. The flow was challenging and very well paced. I typically don’t like hot yoga but this was at a perfect level that made me feel more flexible and invigorated. And the music was everything!! Probably not for beginners but if you already like yoga, this is such a fun and unique way to take your practice to the next level.

Good flow sequence today. Not a huge fan of this instructor and totally not because of her teaching. Great cadance for flow and professional. Just have a difficult time with her voice and sing songy way of speaking. It throws me off while I’m trying to workout. Love y7.

5 stars for Amy shes amazing BUT THIS STUDIO oh my god. Its too small you guys need to move. Nothing more relaxing then starting a class with everyone yapping...when did y7 start making this acceptable? Ive been shushed before and now everyone just talks. Trying to exit the class to go back to my life is ridiculous. I IMMEDIATELY lose my relaxed state as I exit into the studio to a sea of girls who have no idea how to be human. You guys have 10 locations and 100 teachers you have money please move locations for flatiron.

Really love this studio and Heather's class. The space is so tranquil and calming. The Unified class is pretty basic - not too challenging so good for all levels. The flow is kept at a slow but effective pace. It's a perfect way to start your day or to de-stress at the end of the day. Only criticism: mats are very smooth which makes them so slippery (even when you're not sweating!). I have to put a towel down on the mat for better grip or it gets distracting and borderline dangerous...

    Vinyasa Foundations

What I love about Nicole's class is that she explains the poses in details and the pace is slower so that the students can really focus on the right alignments, not just quickly flow through the sequences. Her sequences of poses are well thought out. Even though it is a foundation class, it is challenging because when you are really focusing on engaging the right muscles to achieve the right alignment make you work extra hard and sweat a lot! Nicole is also very friendly and making people new to yoga feel at ease and not intimidated. She goes around to correct forms and give modifications for people with injuries. A wonderful practice!

Angeline is fantastic and consistently delivers the toughest reformer classes ever. Her odd and dry sense of humor is also so amusing and gets me through the never ending pain of holding through 2 minute planks. Amazing instruction from Paula. This isnt a sweaty fast paced vinyasa class. Nevertheless it packs a profound physical punch - the class started out with some very subtle ab work that, to my great surprise, left my core visibly different the next day. The rest of the class focused a lot on anatomy and where your movements should be coming from. Ill definitely be back. Candlelit Restorative Yoga - All Levels

Joelle is one of my favs - she always checks in before starting the class and reads the energy of the room during class and makes adjustments. I really love the grounding in the beginning, movement and flow in the middle and restorative poses at the end of class - perfect combo for candlelight class

    The Yoga Experience

Class is small. Normally 3-5 people. Teacher is very helpful. It is more of a stretch class then yoga though. I really enjoy it. Also the locker room facilities are fantastic. Showers, sauna, steam rooms.

    Cycling: Straight Up Spin

Great biking with sprints and hills. Instructor is very clear, giving a range of gear and rpm. Small class which makes it even better to follow up. Loved it !
