    I hadn't tried this class before and I loved it! Some reviews have likened it to barre, but I think it's more like circuit training using body weight, bands, sliders etc. It focused on core and butt/legs, which I loved. You don't need sneakers, just grip socks. Francesca was a power house!!

    P2O Friday Night Explicit Hot Kettle-Lates Blast

    The best gangsta rap music, rare to find at a workout studio - love these explicit pilates classes and wish it was available other days of the week (and earlier eastern time). Outside of HIIT pilates in a hot studio, this is the hardest pilates class I’ve ever taken and I’ve taken quite a few. I‘m literally crying every time I hear tricep-push-up-hover or spider jump. Feel super energized and accomplished after. Lindy is an amazing instructor and does a really great yoga/meditation bit before and after class too to recover.

    I come here as often as I can given a busy travel schedule! Every class was been excellently run and coordinated and there is great camaraderie. Held in a large warehouse-type space, these classes are a great mix of HIIT and strength training and everyone is supportive of each other and goes at their own pace. Highly recommend!

    Mixed Levels Yoga

    My only complaint is that I wish there was a curtain to block the incoming light from the main gym area. Other than that, great mixed levels yoga class to get your morning started! I plan on taking another class with this instructor.

    It was a fantastic workout. We did a series of strength exercises, compound exercises, and HIIT for the full body. It challenged me but was definitely doable. The trainer/manager, Damien, was personable, motivating and knowledgeable. He clearly knows a lot about exercise and answered many of my questions. I also appreciated how accommodating he was to my schedule. The place is incredibly clean and organized and offers several amenities such as a shower and even things like a body spray and a brush for after the exercise. I really loved my experience and would love to come back!
