    I've been to the studio many times but this was my first with Scott. He was clear with instructions. One thing I really liked is that he did not talk too much while we where running. He did it so we could stayed focused on our form and pace without distractions. I will definitely go back to his class.

    Full Body (60 Minutes)

    Justin was awesome and really welcoming as it was my first class there! This class is TOUGH-you will be so tired by the last round of treadmill and floor weight work. This class is not for the faint of heart. You do about 8 mins on the treadmill, then 8 mins on the floor, alternating for 4 rounds-and each round is different. The classpass description says it's a 50 minute class, but it's actually 1 FULL hour long. They do not stop a minute early-so be prepared for that. I would go back again for sure! I also like that the instructor doesn't push you to make your running speed higher. They give you a range, and don't bother you, but encourage you to listen to whatever your body is feeling-and go with that. It's a great, intense workout!

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Not my first Barry's class, but it was my first with Alycia. She is terrific! Very good and structured sets both on the floor and treads. Attention to detail and form. Excellent! May be a new regular instructor for me or an alternate from my other regular, LC. Thanks Alycia & Barry's

    I get such an adrenaline rush from taking this class. Its a challenge. Its a high. Its a welcoming environment in which you can comfortably push yourself. In short, its everything you want in a work out, no matter your fitness level.

Temp: 66F (feels perfect when youre sweaty) Class was Barrys standard two runs with incline and two weighted floor sections Oliver was better than other Barrys instructors for corrections.     Michael ran the Barry’s class I’ve been to yet—inspiring vibe, challenging yet accessible sets, and great music which helped lighten the atmosphere as he occasionally sang along for a few bars. Most of all, the class felt good-hearted and kind in a way that I haven’t experienced at Barry’s, where instructors often put a on a hard edge and the whole format and operation can feel like a very commercial, impersonal injury factory. If you’re on the fence about Barry’s, I highly recommend going to Michael’s class.

    Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
