see all reviewsBoth the front desk and the instructor were extremely welcome and friendly. The studio is beautiful. I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The instructor taught a well thought out class that gave me an awesome Byrne. Feeling it today and I love it.

Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. see all reviewsI’ve been wanting to find an exercise class that is both intense, fun and a warm environment. Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take. It was nice to feel challenged again. I highly recommend her class.
