Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

    Signature II

Loved the non-stop format he chose to give us today - more like an SBT/Sig II hybrid, where, after arms + opening plank work, we flowed through the 1st set of thighs straight into a 3 part standing glutes series. After a super quick stretch, we did another thigh set, then hit the same glute work on the other side. Even though this entire section only took about 20 mins of class, it was challenging, intense, got the burn going strong + the heart rate up bc of the lack of a real break or stretch like in a typical class. Core work was relentless as well - the last 15-20 mins of class was back to back ab series = 2 long sets of flat back, to 2 long sets of curls utilizing the band around barre / ball under lower back, then plank work, and ending with curls with the ball under the upper back. Definitely a more advanced class + probably one of the best I’ve ever taken here!

Really enjoyed this class. It was a slow burn - mixing yoga, balance moves, low impact cardio, light weights, and Barre. Lots to mix it up do it went by fast. The space is clean with good natural lighting. Jenna's very knowledgeable and gives great cues but more hands on adjustments may have helped. And I'd love more recognizable/popular music. It's mainly just rhythmic dancey tunes that aren't particularly fun or motivating. Still a great full body workout for all levels.

Great soundtrack and atmosphere. The instructor was very encouraging and upbeat. Clean studio, great amenities. However there wasn’t enough personal attention from the trainer compared to other boxing classes I’ve taken and the bags were a bit light.

    Total Body (60 Minutes)

Great workout with perfect speed pyramids and awesome lower body exercise band sets. Loved how the playlist had songs at just the right BPM for the treadmill workout. Also thought the hollow-body combos using the exercise were awesome for targeting the abs without risking the ab separation that can happen with bicycle crunches.
