    Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

    Great instructor and class energy, Yusuf is awesome at engaging with the class! Good workout even though I have never been to tone house in person. This class in particular isn’t for me virtually at home - there’s great strength workouts but it involved way more jumping/hopping and room work than I have space for (noisy for apt neighbors). Wish there were more modifications for space - but excited to try other classes!

    Jennifer’s class was my favorite! Great moves and music. Everything was cohesive and her runs were smooth. I liked how recoveries were on an incline which was different. After a year plus of not stepping foot in a fitness studio or gym, being left to my own devices at home in my makeshift apartment gym, I have sorely missed a true barre class and Kat was as intense and challenging as I remember. She didn’t waste a second of the hour and gave us an incredibly thorough workout. Capacity is capped so there was plenty of space between students with mask and cleaning protocols in place. Only caveat is that I wish the showers reopen bc there’s nothing worse than having to commute home when super sweaty after class & not even be able to wash off.

    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    I was the only person in the class for the day, and the instructor was great about correcting my form to make sure I was doing everything properly. It was a great workout and really hard. You will definitely get a great sweat! Each card suit was a different exercise - 2 lower body and 2 upper body. The number on the card was the number of reps. The instructor pulls 4 cards each round, one from each suit. I didn’t make it through the whole deck by myself but I got pretty far.

    So the reviews are true, Christine is actually really cool and welcoming. She takes the time to talk to you, remembers your name, asks you about injuries 1:1. She does go around during the circuit correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself. The only thing I don’t like is the warmup because you have to line up with others to do it and it’s not necessarily smooth, like you’re forced to keep up which isn’t a good feeling right off the bat to start or you’re waiting for the person in front of you. Also, since the space is small and because you’re zig zagging back and forth between stations, there’s a lot of times you almost bump into someone or vice versa. That said, it’s a tough, challenging workout and the instructor is really great so I’d still highly recommend it and plan on going back.

    Coach came as me about 5-6 mins late. Not good but no biggie. Class is nonstop. No breaks whatsoever. GREAT sweat. They do alot of outdoor laps. We dis 4 today so bring a long sleeve shirt to easily slip into. There’s alot of cardio and jump squats, which I prefer. First 1/2 is mainly cardio drills: high knees, planks, outside laps around the block, bear crawls. Second 1/2 is a circuit we do two tomes followed by an outside lap. No breaks at all. No slowing down. Challenging class. Good for overall toning and to blast cals. Not good if you’re a model or dancer looking to sculpt and not bulk up. We dud extended plans that can bulk up the shoulders as well as burpees & jump squats that can bulk up the legs. Literally your agent’s nightmare. I’d still def return but modify the moves as I did today to avoid jump squats/a ton of big thigh muscle work.

    What an amazing joy-bomb of a workout! Felt like I was working out with a dancer from the dance troupe that did De La Guarda. The instructor was effervescent and tons of fun, quick with encouragement and full of brilliant innovations like playing the Mission Impossible theme while challenging us to keep from touching the floor as she gently gave us a little spin. And, in addition to being incredibly playful, the class was actually a really challenging workout. My joints are just about fed up with conventional calisthenics and I’m burned out on bootcamp and HIIT, so I was thrilled to find this class offered all the cardio and strengthening plus balance and coordination without any impact. Couldn’t ask for a better workout or a nicer instructor!
