    Great workout. Small class because it was 8:30pm which was nice. Tom has a rowing background, which I think really makes a difference for coaching. The instructors without rowing backgrounds can lead good classes but don’t always have as good form or know how to correct things.

    Amazing class. Its performance based training so there is a lot of emphasis on form and technique. Its not a class where you over exert yourself with no regard to form, which I like a lot because I want to be able to workout the next day. Got a lot of personalized attention and advice. Isaiah was awesome.
