    Semi-Private Sessions

    This place is my new “go to”. First off, the place is immaculate. I was a little nervous walking in, I haven’t lifted any sort of weights in months, but everyone in there was so welcoming and friendly! The workout was a killer...in a good way. Social distancing was in full effect. I had my own space far from everyone else with a trainer that was laser focused on me. It wasn’t a rush through, get the workout done kind of session, it was more of a this is how to do this exercise properly and why. Great way to start the day!
