    PHIIT (Presher High Intensity Interval Training)

    The class was filled with light hearted vibes. James is friendly & approachable! Workouts were doable, you can make it harder by doing more rounds etc . I personally wished a timer was used (with a buzzer sound) and/or reminder of reps each exercise were vocalized out loud. It’s hard to remember what to do with which exercise when ure new. Will try this class again :)

    I’ve been taking this class regularly for about a year now and can confidently say it’s made a huge difference in my strength and physique/muscle tone. The workout is hard but not complicated. Marcus is super nice and always designs a great workout.

    Bernard was amazing. With a class of two people, he really took the time and made adjustments for me. Sometimes with ClassPass, you get lost in a big group of people. With his help and guidance, I was actually able to understand the forms. He was incredible patient, even with my limited experience. Really appreciated it!

    Amazing class, Robert is the best! He motivated me, and everyone in the classroom to do the bests, he helped everybody to get the best postures, right now I feeling my muscles super stretched, and I like he do all the exercises to show you how to do it correctly , I want to return back for sure. I recommend this place, they have a friendly staff and all you need.
