I had actually been considering chickening out right before class - the class description sounded so intimidating and I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up. But I’m glad I went - Chloe made the class fun and there was enough variation that I never had to do any one thing for too long. Great workout!

Would recommend more encouraged water breaks throughout the class but overall, I enjoyed the class a lot. The studio is a few flights up (there is an elevator available) so that was a nice unanticipated workout before the yoga class haha.
