This was my first class at fierce Grace and can't wait to come back. First timers yoga mat and towels are free to rent. The instructor Pamela was awesome. Her cues were very helpful. I picked a spot by the window bc it felt less hot there than the rest of the room. #classpassinsider

Sarah is excellent and did not cut corners providing the full Y7 experience which includes a great sweat-inducing but restorative flow, adjustments, inspiration, and aromatherapy. Absolutely excellent. So many Y7 instructors at this location with the exception of a few don’t follow the full Y7 routine and therefore fail to provide the full experience.

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Hot Vinyasa

This was my second hot vinyasa class at spirit lab and I’m officially hooked. It’s challenging and heavy in the moment — and then afterwards, you feel light as a feather. Hoping to get as good as some of the other folks in the class but in the meantime I’ll keep returning to child’s pose as needed lol. Already looking forward to the next class.

This was a wonderful class to help stretch, unwind, and meditate. Loved the poses that Niki guided us through - some I had never done before. Niki was a great teacher with wonderful energy and very helpful on an individual level. The focus on chakras was very cool and I felt centered at the end of class.

Loved this class. Teacher had great energy. The music was awesome. The choreography for both the dance and boxing portions were great. My only feedback is that I feel the instructor should give more equal attention to all students. I felt like he played favorites a bit when he gave feedback. But besides that, I had a blast and this is my favorite class!

What is there not to love about a spin class with Jenna Arndt? It’s like showing up to a warehouse party and then realizing you got con’ed into a going to a workout. Good energy, good vibes, good music, and great sweat. Just don’t expect to leave looking cute, which is also true leaving a warehouse party I suppose
