I'm totally new to strength training and was feeling nervous - I don't know the correct postures and the proper forms for many of the exercises; I was going into this feeling Iike a dork. I was the only client in class and the time flew by - Julia took her time showing me how to stand and how to move. I have some issues with my lower back and hips and she individualized our session to accommodate for these. I was really impressed as a beginner to this and appreciated the kindness and energy from my instructor. Many thanks! I'll be back.
