    Great music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

    The class was filled with light hearted vibes. James is friendly & approachable! Workouts were doable, you can make it harder by doing more rounds etc . I personally wished a timer was used (with a buzzer sound) and/or reminder of reps each exercise were vocalized out loud. It’s hard to remember what to do with which exercise when ure new. Will try this class again :)

    I’ve been wanting to find an exercise class that is both intense, fun and a warm environment. Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take.     C2 is a great class, and Marlowe is an awesome instructor - one of the best I’ve had at Corepower. Usually I get shoulder/neck pain the day after doing vinyasa, but with modifications she kept encouraging during class, I didn’t get pain this time!     This was so unbelievably fun! Everything I was hoping for and more. I sang along and had a fun time while getting a solid workout in. Erwin’s a fantastic instructor, very high energy and fun, but also challenging and helpful. I’m brand new to any sort of water aerobics/fitness and was able to follow along well. Only thing is that it was sometimes a little difficult to hear him, but he was quick to notice if I missed something and needed more direction. And I was having such a good time that nothing that there is or was was ever gonna bring me down!!
