    I always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

    Great class that involved shadow boxing, bag boxing and boxing with the instructor. Worked on all the basics and fundamentals, stance, punch combinations etc but it will also get your heart rate up and leave you sweaty.

    Newcomer Dance Class

    The class made dancing fun, easy, non intimidating. My classmates are so friendly! Our teacher, Philip, is a fantastic dancer and teacher! All the teachers are top notch and obviously love dancing. It’s a very happy place to learn dancing as a beginner. I happened to be in a new comers dance party after the class pass class. And danced every dance under the sun with every teacher. It’s incredibly fun.

    The instructor was a sub but he was great. Music was great which made the class a lot of fun. Also a great work out. Im feeling sore the next day and Im usually a two day person. The facility is very run down though.

    Love the studio, the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere. I had an issue registering for classes at first using the ClassPass. I was told the problem was due to a technical issue from the studio. I made them aware and they were so understanding and allow me to attend the class. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I already told many of my co-workers about it and we made a trip to a class. Yay!

    SHH!...Hard Knocks vs Zumba®

    Loved this class. Teacher had great energy. The music was awesome. The choreography for both the dance and boxing portions were great. My only feedback is that I feel the instructor should give more equal attention to all students. I felt like he played favorites a bit when he gave feedback. But besides that, I had a blast and this is my favorite class!

    It was my first spin class, and Madison was awesome! She helped me figure out the proper settings for my bike and was very encouraging. It was a great workout! I walked out drenched in sweat and feeling great. I will definitely do this again!

    What is there not to love about a spin class with Jenna Arndt? It’s like showing up to a warehouse party and then realizing you got con’ed into a going to a workout. Good energy, good vibes, good music, and great sweat. Just don’t expect to leave looking cute, which is also true leaving a warehouse party I suppose

    While I thought Alinne’s Zumba class was only so-so, I thought her Diesel class was excellent. Great music, good variety of exercises that prevented you from feeling bored. Incorporated weights and steps. It is a very hard class, but you can probably modify most moves if you’d like.
