The format and instructions were easy to follow along if you’ve done other HIIT classes like Rumble Training and Grit Boxing. You start on either the treadmill or floor and switch. You’ll have ample time to grab your weights when you switch to the floor.

Only thing is that class started a few minutes late due to getting newbies acclimated so the second half of class was cut short.
