The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

see all reviewsNicole is the best. Knows how to challenge her students and keep her classes interesting, engaging, nonstop and thorough. She’s super attentive to everyone, providing hands on corrections and vocal adjustments if necessary, so there’s no slacking off in her classes. The shower room situation is a different story though. There have been the same gobs of hair in the stalls for over a week, old dried conditioner stains on the walls for months, hair all over the tile floor, empty toiletry bottles, and the used towel bin was overflowing tonight, clearly untouched for days. Either the staff needs to regularly clean or a service should get hired bc it’s getting rough in there.

Upbeat, inviting, and motivating (without over doing it). Take her class!!

Bunch of unique sets especially with abs and seat work today that haven’t been used by other teachers in a while so I appreciated the switch up. Also only 5 people in class yes!!! Playlist could’ve been better though

Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.
