see all reviewsI always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

Bruno was an awesome coach-so nice, explained each exercise clearly, and adjusted our form. It was challenging but fun. Plus, the entire staff was welcoming, the facility itself is spotless, and there’s a smoothie bar for post workout. I will absolutely be back!
