One of the best in months due to its variety of movements, timing breakdown + longevity: 4 stations, 3 moves at each done AMRAP style for 4 mins, :30 rest, then 3 mins :30 rest, then a 2 min sprint of the cardio move (run, row, bike, prison step ups). We covered sumo DL, goblet squats, burpees, box jumps, chest press, v ups, push-ups, plate GTO, overhead plate lunges + jump switch lunges. Only slight caveat is that I wish more upper body work was covered to hit the back, but otherwise, this was put together incredibly well.

see all reviewsCameron is great - friendly and helpful with really clear tips and instructions. This was a tough full body workout and my butt was so sore after but in a good way! My only criticism with fly Barre classes overall is the music which can be a bit boring and unrecognizable. I'd love it if they incorporated more upbeat, popular songs like flywheel. Still really enjoyed the class.

Abs was awesome...just what I needed. Clear direction and corrections given by the instructor, and exercises were done at your own pace.

see all reviewsSolid class. If I had to explain the format, I would say it was a fusion of Tone House and a personal training session with some crossfit elements to it. Definitely different than any class Ive taken with CP. Jay was subbing I believe and she played all hip hop which I prefer when training. Only con was there was no ab work (I thought they mentioned ab work comes with every class) but honestly I didn't think about that until I was home. She really kicked our butts. Be prepared to run/walk/jog up and down a lot of steps before/ after and during class .

see all reviewsIntense but short workout. Class is 45 minutes but it flys by. Todays class was 8 stations, each station was 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest, 7 times through. So youre only really working out 18 minutes...be prepared, no shoes are allowed for this workout and there is no water station to fill up your bottles

The spinning portion had great intervals, really pushed you to work hard. Followed by intense tricep and oblique circuits, it was a well rounded class!

see all reviewsI thought this workout was great! Since its a new gym I was the only one in class and therefore got a personal training session which is awesome. Tony was also a really good trainer. He was encouraging and really focused on form to make sure all exercises were done properly. I havent done a workout like this before that was all resistant bands working on a lot of core and balance but I loved it.

Enjoyed this innovative approach to working out..and only 30 mins! Anyone can do it if they don’t freak out easily over involuntary tens treatment (mild electric shocks).
