I always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

1st time at SolidCore. Used to the vibe at BodyRok so this felt like the Barry's version of megaformer class with loud music, dimly lit room with blue lights! Instructor was an energizer bunny and gave us a killer workout. Try out this studio!

Wonderful teacher. Always so sweet and so knowledgeable. Every one of Lana’s classes is different yet she finds ways to challenge us physically. I love her class. The yoga studio is a hidden gem and the staff is always friendly.

Adam is a phenomenal instructor. He’s incredibly cognizant of how to piece together a true full body workout on the mega, incorporating a great mix of lower body, upper & core without being too dominant on one area or muscle group. He’s also super attentive & encouraging, walking around throughout class to correct form & assist those who struggle with positions.

Virtual - Reformer on the Mat

I’ve actually never taken Daniel’s class in the studio before, but now I can’t wait until they reopen so I can! The online class was fast paced and FUN - Daniel’a humor and wit is a joy to watch - great class and so creative, closest thing to a reformer workout I’ve had in two months!

    CORE BALANCE REFORMER

Great instructor. I chose a beginner class because I really wanted to focus on form and alignment with my recent long runs. The instructor was fantastic and noticed my tight hip flexor. Excellent anatomical cues! Will take again.

I’ve taken this class a few times and I’m starting to really enjoy it more than I thought I would! Erika is a great instructor - her personality is so fun and effervescent and she leads a great class that is suitable for ALL levels. She gives more advanced participants the freedom to branch out and do their own variations while ensuring beginners have proper form and detailed instruction. Great class all around!

    SweatShed: Iron Assets

I’m a trainer, and I found this class a really good check up for anyone on kettlebell form. Was worried it could be too introductory - and it was def not. Challenging in a good way - def more strength than cardio.

Disappointing. Though the therapist did ask what area of my body I wanted to target, individual corrections were not provided. The therapist was nice, but didn’t appear to be all that knowledgeable when i asked questions.

    YOGA-BURN

Amazing class. Charlie took the time to make sure our form was proper and gave us tips for how to improve it. We played around with inversions and she was there every step of the way. I managed to do a head stand for the first time ever despite not practicing inversions that often. Highly recommend.
