    Amazing! Perhaps my new fave instructor at Title. 15 minutes of intense cardio agility drills, followed by 45 minutes of boxing (increasingly complex boxing combos to practice and improve) with excellent advice and training, including specific corrections for each student (Michael takes time to address most students in class personally at least once during the hour), followed by 5 minutes of efficient core work. Great soundtrack as well! Take a class with the franchise owner himself! You won’t regret it!

    Great soundtrack and atmosphere. The instructor was very encouraging and upbeat. Clean studio, great amenities. However there wasn’t enough personal attention from the trainer compared to other boxing classes I’ve taken and the bags were a bit light.

    Sculpt - Full Body

    This is an amazing perk for ClassPass. Very cool workout. Was not at all expecting it - thought it was your average strength class. Nope. Enjoyed this innovative approach to working out..and only 30 mins! Anyone can do it if they don’t freak out easily over involuntary tens treatment (mild electric shocks). Eric was a great trainer and Lucy explained the situation really well :) I’ll be back!
