see all reviewsAlex is a great instructor. She’s clear about the instructions, her music is on point and she’s encouraging. The Training Room as a whole should do more to encourage clients to be courteous about cleaning up their sweat, especially in classes where there are stations. There is consistently one or two men in strong and lean classes who sweat buckets and never think to wipe the floor so the next person doesn’t have to take a bath in their DNA. Most people are adult and courteous enough to clean up after themselves, but since there are consistently people who have no self awareness, the gym should step up and post reminders or give blanket instructions in every class on how to clean your station before you move to the next.

see all reviewsInteresting class. I was a little skeptical about the format, but I really enjoyed it. The owner is very encouraging and hands-on, paying attention to correcting form when necessary. It was a surprisingly good workout for just 30 minutes. I definitely worked up a sweat. Will return.
