    Susan has a way to make you feel like you are there and you have nothing to worry about. She is so gifted that even when you feel down she boosts your mood up and makes you happy and willing to do that. I love her classes and everyone should experience her ability to make you a happy person through a dancing exercise.

    General CrossFit Group Class

    The best workout in the area using class pass. The trainers there are really helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The class was so much fun it felt like it went by so quickly but you are motivated to push yourself the entire time. Every single person there looks like the Hulk but can run like the Flash so you know what they are doing in there is working. I'm tempted to sign up for their 6 week challenge for the new year right now. Be sure, for their sake, to sign up for the fundamental classes first before moving to the general classes.

    I really enjoyed myself during this class! Sensei Roman was very patient in teaching my friends and I correct form. His explanations were very clear and I understood the purpose of everything I was doing. Great for beginners and for anyone looking to experience something new.
