Really enjoyed the class and how it was spaced out in terms of the different combos and progressions to truly help engage the core and have better comprehension of what's really going on in a pose.

Only downside was the last 30 min of class there was a woman talking very loudly and intensely in the lobby, no fault to the instructors or studio at all but definitely was a harsh energy for class haha

see all reviewsMel, the instructor is awesome. She leads a calming and relaxing yoga session. I have lower back issues. My doctor and physical therapist said I could do yoga as long as I avoid or adapt certain positions to not strain the lower back. Mel was very supportive and great at guiding me on how to adapt/adjust certain positions to ensure I was not straining my lower back. She encouraged me to “listen to my body.” I brought my own extra thick yoga mat for more comfort. I certainly benefitted from the yoga sessions I’ve done with Mel.
