IN PERSON: Intro to Dance and Ballet

Was very fast paced considering it is meant to be a beginner class. I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

    Ritual Hot Yoga

My first ritual class. It was different than any other yoga class I’ve been before. More dynamic and active. You do the movement and poses to the beat of the music so it’s a more synchronized and feels a bit choreographed. The heat was a nice bonus and I had a great workout after. Marcella was a great instructor.

    Power Yoga [All Levels]

Maria's classes are always challenging me to the next level! We did a combo of beginner and advanced poses but you can always modify and there's no shame.

    Beginner American Ballroom

Melisandra is a great instructor! She made the beginner class very fun and the steps easy to remember. The people in the more advanced class were very friendly as well, seems like a nice community to enjoy dancing with 🫶

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

This is a hard class, and it’s slower class than other CP classes. I do think beginner should not take C2. beginners should go to C1 instead.

Tuesday Bhakti Flow at Bhakti SF

The movements in this class were super beginner friendly but they’re not easy! It focused more on basic postures. The entire yoga session was calm, peaceful, and chill. No sweat. My body felt better after the class. Would recommend!
