IN PERSON: Intro to Dance and Ballet
see all reviewsWas very fast paced considering it is meant to be a beginner class. I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

see all reviewsI’ve been coming to Ritual for a couple of years and Dotti’s class was the best one I’ve been to. She gave excellent guidance for breath work and the flow throughout class, and also provided hands on corrections that helped me achieve a pose I’ve been struggling with. She created a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels of practice, and gave us a challenging workout too! I can’t wait to take one of her classes again.
